Chi Running

I’m a fitness runner - I try to run all year round to prepare for the mountains, but earlier this year when an old injury recurred I knew something had to change.

Luckily I found chi running.

I started a beginners program at the end of March, taking it nice and slow so I could spend plenty of time learning the techniques. Time will tell whether it pays off, but the theory makes sense to me.
